True Blood Season 4 [Trailer]

The countdown to the fourth season of HBO’s hit-series True Blood has begun and it could have not come soon enough.

“The Season of the Witch” has been the tagline of the upcoming season, with the introduction of a new witch coven that has arrived in Bon Temps, Louisiana along with werepanthers who will provide some issues for fairy-powered Snooki Stackhouse (Anna Paquin).

The television show is based off of Charlaine Harris’s Sookie Stackhouse book series and this particular season mimics many themes and plotlines from the fourth book Death To The World. What is expected from the upcoming season is Sookie’s brother Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten) dealing with the werepanthers that have invaded the town, Viking vampire Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) losing his memory, and the relationship between the main heroine and Vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) will become increasing strained.
True Blood debuts its fourth season Sunday, June 26. In the meantime, check out the trailer to the upcoming season below.
